St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center, on the South Side of Pittsburgh, is entering it's 103 season of retreats. The theme for the 2022-2023 retreat season is "A Place for New Beginnings: I Will Put My Spirit Within You That You May Live". 

Men and women of OLPH and it's predecessor parishes have been attending retreats at St. Paul's for decades. The scheduled OLPH retreat weekends for 2022-2023 are as follows:

Weekend programs begin at 5:30pm on Friday and conclude at noon on Sunday. The cost for a room with a private bathroom and shower is $295. For a room without a private bathroom the cost is $250.

  • The theme for the October 12 day of reflection is "Speak Lord, Your Servant is Listening"
  • The theme for the November 1 day of reflection is "Reflecting on the Communion of Saints and Our Call to Holiness"
  • Introductory presentation with suggested questions and Scripture passages for personal reflection, personal time for prayer and journaling, lunch, and Eucharist. Bring a Bible and journal for reflective prayer and writing.
  • Suggested offering is $25
• Day of Remembrance for Our Faithful Departed Loved Ones - Sunday, November 13, 1:30pm - 5:30pm
  • Introductory presentation followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, candlelight Eucharist during which our loved ones will be remembered, and a light fellowship meal. Retreatants are invited to bring a small photograph of your loved one to be remembered.

• Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception - Day and Evening of Reflection to Honor Mary, Patroness of our country and diocese
